NEM and TISP at ICT20150 0 September 3, 2015
Two other promising Networking session will take place the day after CRe-AM’s one at ICT2015. The first, ‘NEM, driving the future of digital experience and dealing with Connected, Converging and Interactive Media & Creative Industries: join the new Content PPP’ is organised by the NEM (New European Media) initiative. This networking session will focus on the creation of the «Immersive and Interactive Public-Private Partnership» (I2C PPP), which aims to provide an immersive and interactive environment responding to the users needs, and anticipating them, to improve productivity and cross/intra domain collaboration in the media sector.
This session will take place in room 5C, on Wednesday October 21st, 09:50 – 10:35.
Secondly but not less important, TISP (Technology and Innovation for Smart Publishing) will organise a session about ‘Empowering creativity through ICT in an innovation network’. The session will engage its audience in an interactive workshop-situation around questions like : what makes SMEs from publishing “tick” when it comes to innovation? What is the wider innovation network for them in Europe? How do they fit into the wider framework of the creative industries and of publicly funded research & innovation systems Industry players from adjacent creative industries like book and press publishing, film and games, clusters organisations, and research projects will join the stage to share their experience about innovation in the creative industries and convey their vision of what’s next, stimulating discussion through “pitches” of failures and successes.
